Ex-parte communications with the court, including electronic communications, are prohibited unless a party has a constitutional or statutory right to communicate ex parte.

All ex-parte communications with the court by attorneys, self-represented parties and any other persons are prohibited, except in circumstances in which a party has a constitutional or statutory right to communicate with the court in an ex parte manner. This prohibition includeq but is not limited to, electronic communications.
