A party may not list an action for a pretrial conference until all dates in a fully executed and filed Case Management Plan have passed, or the listing is consistent with a filed scheduling order.

A party challenging arbitrability or the board's composition must first give the District Court Administrator informal written notice with notice to opposing counsel, then file a motion specifying the requested relief within three days; the court decides before the arbitration hearing, and the issues are waived if not raised within ten days after notice of appointment.

A party may deliver a courtesy copy of a brief to the assigned judge’s chambers.

A document may exceed an otherwise applicable page limit by no more than two pages attributable to electronic conversion.
