A notice about a noncompliant filing must use the prescribed wording, including the legal-help information.

Counsel must file the compliance affidavit and proof of deposit within 60 days after entry of the final order.

Proof of publication must be submitted to the Court before the hearing.

Paper rough drafts are capped at $1.25 per page for an initial ordering party other than the Commonwealth or a subdivision.

Covered pleadings and papers must be flat-filed on approximately 8½-by-11-inch paper, meet the stated paper and print-area requirements, leave a three-inch top space on the cover sheet, and staple multipage filings at the upper left without tape, headers, or backers; exhibits introduced in judicial proceedings and wills are exempt.

The Court may waive the prohibition on late negotiated pleas only with both parties’ agreement and good cause; after finding good cause and agreeing to take the plea, the Court may continue the case to another date.

Attorneys and self-represented parties who are unable or unwilling to e-file may file and serve legal papers in physical paper format.

A party choosing to file a brief must meet the schedule of 10 days before argument court for the moving party and 3 days before argument court for the responding party.

Courtesy copies are not required for preliminary objections.

The court administrator must apportion arbitrator assignments between bar members with more than five years’ experience and those with less than five years’ experience.
