The periodic report of a guardian of the person must substantially follow the form provided.

Notice of filing must be given to the persons and in the manner directed by the Court.

The petitioner must provide the proposed findings to the Court no later than the hearing.

When the Commonwealth or a subdivision is liable for an electronic-format transcript, an ordinary transcript costs $2.00 per page.

A request to extend a brief deadline must be submitted in writing through the Court Administrator and approved by the judge handling the case.

Forms used before the Clerk as Register of Wills must be approved by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court.

Attorneys and self-represented parties unable or unwilling to use electronic filing may file legal papers in physical paper format.

A request for a “BRIEF ONLY” listing must be made in writing with the Court Administrator.

Pleadings and other papers filed with the court are subject to required redaction.

A party may submit multiple digital exhibits together on one USB flash drive.
