The accountant’s attorney must prepare the prescribed real-estate award certificate form and submit it to the clerk for execution upon final confirmation.

The respondent must answer by the date specified in the preliminary decree and appear that day at 9:30 a.m. in the specified courtroom.

An appointed auditor or master must give written notice that a report was filed to counsel of record, or use first-class mail, publication, or court-authorized alternative service when the stated conditions apply.

A paper-format copy requested contemporaneously with transcript creation costs $0.75 per page.

A digital-format exhibit entered into the record must use a format acceptable to the court.

Motions with filed answers are referred to the appropriate Judge, and oral argument occurs only if the Court orders it.

The Clerk must accept legal papers and exhibits either on paper or electronically through the county Orphans’ Court Electronic Filing System.

The court may later unseal a filing it permitted to be filed under seal and may then order the filing party to redact it.

An extension of a deadline in a Case Management Order under this Rule or Local Rule 212.1(d)(4) may be obtained only by a Motion for Extraordinary Relief explaining the requested relief and why the deadline cannot be met despite diligent effort.

After the defendant or attorney reports that the agencies have expunged the record, the Clerk of Courts must expunge its own record and notify the defendant or attorney.

For summary-judgment motions, the supporting memorandum must be filed with the motion, and the opposition memorandum must be filed with the answer.

A hard copy of the Settlement Conference Statement and all referenced exhibits must be delivered to the Hearing Officer no later than 10 days before the conference.
