The Praecipe for Assignment must state in writing whether the matter will be submitted on briefs or scheduled for oral argument.

After the certification or designation order is filed, the Court Administrator must assign a judge, promptly schedule a status conference, and forward notice to counsel and unrepresented parties.

The Request for Conciliation Conference must be filed within 60 days after service of the complaint and Notice.

The financial worksheet must use the format set forth in Form 14 of the Appendix.

The maximum cost for an expedited transcript is $3.75 per page in paper format or $3.50 per page in electronic format, except for the Commonwealth and its subdivisions.

Attorneys and self-represented parties unable or unwilling to participate electronically may file and serve papers in physical paper format.

A complainant may contact the United States Department of Justice at any time during the complaint process using the provided telephone numbers.

A time prescribed by these rules for an act may be extended or shortened by written agreement of the parties or court order.

The Court Administrator assigns motions and petitions to judges on a rotating basis and establishes the parties’ briefing schedule.

At trial, counsel must furnish the judge with a copy of each exhibit.
