For requesting parties other than those covered by subdivision (a)(3), an electronic original transcript without accelerated delivery costs no more than $2.50 per page.

If a hearing is scheduled within the next five business days, the new Document must be placed in the case file on the same business day it is filed.

To receive permissible court orders and notices by email, an interested person must submit a written request identifying the case or cases—or consenting for all matters—and provide the correct email address.

When requested, the filing office must immediately provide the submitter in person with proof of filing by giving them a true and attested copy.

Inquiries about handling case-file documents must first go to the Filing Office’s Solicitor; unresolved inquiries may then be made to the Court.

Litigants and individuals must not file legal papers with Fulton County filing offices by email.

The Filing Offices must ensure the case file is complete, assemble its records in chronological order, and transmit it timely to the appropriate appellate court.

Parties must not file both a redacted and an unredacted version of the same document.
