A party seeking a stay must submit an order for hearing.

Exceptions will be dismissed if the notes of testimony have not been ordered and, if required, paid for within thirty days after the exceptions are filed.

The responding party must serve its brief in the manner prescribed for the excepting party’s brief, at least 14 days before oral argument.

The Support Certificate of Trial Readiness must be printed on blue paper.

Counsel who knows they will be engaged in a qualifying court commitment must promptly notify opposing counsel and the court administrator.

A judge may request that points for charge be emailed to the judge’s secretary in an appropriate format.

Fees are subject to change consistent with the Prothonotary’s published fee schedule.

Attorneys and unrepresented parties must make a good-faith effort to consider mediation before litigating a non-emergency matter.

The rule excludes specified warrant applications, grand jury materials, authorized ex parte submissions, and sealed submissions from the definition of legal papers.

A Pre-Trial Statement may not exceed three pages.

The Clerk must keep a received testamentary writing impounded until further court order.

Parties must not send courtesy copies of pleadings or filings to the Court unless the Court specifically requests them.

Generally, a supporting brief, in accordance with C.C.R.C.P. 210, and praecipe for determination in the form described in C.C.R.C.P. 206.6 must be filed by the moving party with the motion and proposed order.
