A motion to withdraw a Demand for Hearing De Novo must include both parties’ concurrence or it will be denied.

An opposing party's request for oral argument must be filed within the response period specified in subparagraph C.

The petitioner must serve opposing counsel and self-represented parties when filing a petition for special relief.

Depending on the volume of requested records, the Magisterial District Judge may require a reasonable deposit before authorizing a response.

Failure to comply with such a directive shall result in the continuance of any scheduled hearing.

Proposed exhibits and their copies must not be appended to the pre-trial statement.

Ex parte communications are strictly prohibited.

Attorneys must electronically file dependency legal papers through PACFile in the 51st Judicial District, effective March 9, 2022, subject to the rule's provisions.

The party introducing an exhibit must ensure that the presiding judge has a reference copy.

Preliminary objections are decided on briefs unless the Court orders argument; the objector must file any written request for argument with the objections.

For good cause shown and with all parties’ and counsel’s consent, the judge may order specific plea-agreement conditions placed on the record in camera and the record sealed.

A motion for judgment on the pleadings, its proposed order, and supporting brief must be filed concurrently; without the brief, the motion is deemed withdrawn upon an opposing party’s praecipe.
