Pleadings and motions may be amended under Civil Rule 15, but amendment by interlineation or obliteration requires prior leave of Court.

The minimum deposit for bond and care of property is $60.

Objections to exhibits are due seven days before the pre-trial, with a copy to the Court.

When a post-conviction petition is filed, the clerk must issue written notice to the prosecuting attorney.

The sender bears all risks of fax transmission, including poor-quality printouts.

A continuance request must be submitted in writing at least 60 days before trial.

Fax filings of the covered pleadings, motions, and other documents may not exceed 10 pages.

A party seeking oral argument must file a request for an oral hearing within 14 days of the supplemental briefing order.

Public records may not include Social Security numbers, full financial account numbers (though the last four digits may be listed), or other information deemed personal and private by law or court ruling.

The clerk will not accept additional file copies.

Counsel must deliver copies of all motions, memoranda, and affidavits to the Assignment Commissioner for the Judge.
