Within the stated final-discharge period, receipts evidencing all distributions or transfers must be filed.

The Income and Expense Declarations need not be served on the other party.

Copies of the last three wage stubs or the most recent Profit and Loss Statement must be provided to the opposing party or counsel no later than five days before the hearing.

A copy of an arbitrator or mediator disqualification challenge must be sent to the ADR Administrator.

Expert reports and the preceding expert information must be provided at least 45 days before trial, or as soon as possible and no later than 30 days before trial if the expert is retained less than 45 days before trial.

A party relying on Judicial Council certified computerized support calculations must file a copy of the complete calculations, including the setting sheet, at the hearing.

The parties have 20 days to file a motion challenging the evaluator’s withdrawal request.

All parties and counsel must attend and be prepared for a settlement conference or informal settlement meeting; failure to do so may result in sanctions.

At the conclusion of a settlement conference, the settlement conference judge or conference participants may continue it to a convenient date or time before trial.

Parties are encouraged, but not required, to stipulate in writing to a continuance at least five days before the hearing.
